Celestial Bodies is a mindful movement and embodied ritual practice—rooted in ancient astronomy, seasonal wisdom, and earth-honoring traditions—informed by modern psychology and depth symbolism. This work integrates academic studies in cultural anthropology and Jungian psychology with over 1000 hours of certifications in the Sacred Energy and Healing Arts, including Kundalini, Qi Gong, Yoga Nidra, Reiki, Plant-Spirit Meditation, Sound Medicine, and Tarot.
